HVAC System Replacement: Removed the homeowner’s aging and inefficient HVAC system and installed a new high-efficiency heating and cooling system. This included replacing the furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat for improved comfort and energy performance. After installation, verified proper airflow, refrigerant charge, and system calibration. The new system now delivers reliable year-round comfort and reduced energy costs.
Autumn HVAC Tune-up: Serviced both a furnace and heat pump combination system. Checked refrigerant charge, verified proper switchover between heating modes, and cleaned the blower motor assembly. Ensured both systems work in sync to provide efficient comfort throughout the fall season.
Furnace Repair: Responded to a service call for inconsistent furnace heating. Upon inspection, the gas pressure was outside the manufacturer's specification, resulting in uneven burner performance. Adjusted the gas valve pressure to the manufacturer's recommended specs and verified proper flame characteristics. After calibration and safety testing, the furnace is now operating efficiently and delivering consistent warmth throughout the home.
Autumntime Furnace Tune-up: Performed a comprehensive seasonal furnace tune-up to ensure reliable performance during the colder months. Inspected and cleaned the burners, blower assembly, and flame sensor, replaced the air filter, and tightened all electrical connections. Checked gas pressure, thermostat calibration, and safety controls to verify proper operation. The system is now running efficiently, improving comfort and energy savings for the homeowner throughout the autumn and winter seasons.
