Brett and Nick came out on a service call for our A/C that was not working. They were some of the most respectful and courteous men I have met. Super quick with fixing the issue and ensuring that every other component was working properly. Great conversations and they even showed me how to do simple maintenance to help maintain my unit working properly. I also love how honest and upfront they were about pricing.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our A/C wasn’t cooling like it should. They were thorough, explained everything to us, didn’t try to over-sell any services and just let their customer service and expertise do all the talking. It’s the best HVAC service experience I’ve ever had.

The client contacted us for a quote on a new air conditioning system. After a thorough inspection of their home, the old system, the ductwork, and especially their family's needs and budget, we gave them a great price on the best system to provide comfort all year long.
The client is installing a mini split and wants a quote. We gave them our best price with a complete description of everything included and when we could complete the job. The client was happy to have all the information they needed beforehand.
We performed spring maintenance on our client's AC unit. We serviced and cleaned the system, and changed the HEPA air filter. Cleaning the A/C system and changing out the air filter will help ensure that allergens are reduced in the home and will help maximize airflow.
We came out to our client because their AC was not working. We did a complete inspection including refrigerant leaks, the thermostat, evaporator and condenser coils as well as electrical issues. We found the drainage tube was clogged and had caused the problem. We removed the clog and changed the angle of the pipe. The client was happy the Hart fixed the problem.
The client contacted us because their AC unit was making a lot of noise. We checked the fan motor, the capacitor, and the blower motor. We found bent fan blades. We gave an estimate and they approved so we could fix the unit the next day with the new part. The client was happy to have called Hart.
The client contacted us because their AC was not cooling properly. We found a broken thermistor on the outdoor unit and gave them an estimate for repairs. They approved and we repaired the unit quickly and professionally.
