River was exceptional! He began by staying in close contact with us until he arrived. Once arriving he was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, polite and hard working. He kindly answered any questions we asked and gave us such peace of mind that our AC Unit would be checked over thoroughly for any issues it had. He fixed the problem and had our cool air back on quickly, explaining any issues it had and even cleaned the unit for us! We highly recommend him to come to our home any time!

Due to the need to wait for a replacement part to arrive from the supplier, River had to come back out to my home to complete the needed work on my air unit. As with the initial visit, River called to let me know how long it would be before he arrived at my home (and he was pretty well spot on), was thoroughly knowledgeable, and professional, informed me of what he needed to do, took and showed me pictures of the before and after (the air unit is on my rooftop), even showed me the defective part that was replaced. He was quick, efficient, and a perfect gentleman all the time. To top it all off, River even apologized that I had to wait a few days for the needed replacement part to arrive so he can then complete the work -- his thoughtfulness and kindness were a total surprise. Before he left, he again asked if I had any more questions or concerns that he can take care of as he was already here at the house. Hobaica has always been my go-to company for my HVAC installation, and service work, and due to this EXCELLENT and PERFECT repair service call due to River's work and kindness, I will certainly refer the company to all my family and friends. Wow - I really don't know what else to say. From start to finish River Reed showed 100% professionalism, dedication, and goal toward resolving the issue with my air-conditioner. All along the repair process, he kept me fully informed and got my OK before starting on anything that would have a cost attached. He made sure I understood everything and was open to my many questions which he answered fully. After he had switched out the bad part and had the air-conditioner running again, he stayed a little while to make sure all was OK - checking the outflow temperature of the air coming out of the vents to make sure. What impressed me most is River's focus to make sure to take care of the problem I had with a faulty air-conditioner. This level of customer service is so rare and hard to come by these days -- I want to express my SINCERE and HEARTFELT thank you to River for the outstanding work he did and the true professionalism he exhibited today. Electrical Rewiring: In response to a residential client's request for an electrical upgrade, I performed an extensive home rewiring service. This began with a thorough assessment of the existing wiring infrastructure to identify outdated and potentially hazardous components. The rewiring process entailed installing modern wiring, upgraded outlets, and a new circuit breaker panel to enhance safety and support increased electrical needs. Rigorous testing was carried out to verify the reliability and efficiency of the upgraded electrical system. This meticulous rewiring not only addressed safety issues but also provided the client with a more resilient and future-ready electrical infrastructure for their home.
Plumbing service. Client called in with a clogged bathtub. The drain clearing required use of snake to remove the clog. The bathtub is working properly again for the homeowner.
Went out to assist a residential customer in need of sewer line repair. We arrived to find the trenchless sewer pipe had become disconnected from the sewer system. We were able to reconnect the sewer pipe to resolve the issue.
