We were hosting our daughter’s baby shower. 35 people with no air conditioning was a recipe for disaster(it was raining all day). Called on a Saturday morning. Kim connected us to Jim and he arrived in less than an hour. Air conditioner was fixed quickly and runs great. Thanks!
