Today, I addressed an issue with a Daikin DZ20VC air conditioner in a residential home. The system was making unusual noises and struggling with efficiency. I discovered that the blower motor bearings were worn out, leading to the noise. After replacing the blower motor and conducting a vibration analysis to ensure smooth operation, I cleaned the unit's air filters and checked the refrigerant levels for adequate charge. The system is now running quietly and more efficiently.
