Friday morning, our dishwasher started leaking on the floor. I called Klaus and Sons and was very please they scheduled a plumber to come within a few hours. He found the problem but it was the dishwasher itself, not actually a plumbing issue. He didn't even charge for the visit. When was the last time you heard of THAT? I've been a customer for over 12 years and with that kind of treatment, you know why.
