When I called Klaus and Sons, Heather answered and was so friendly, courteous and helpful! She listened to my tale of woe about the leak and she scheduled an appointment the next morning. She later checked with me about a minor schedule adjustment with Wes, who did a fantastic job fixing the leak!! I hope I don't have future plumbing issues but when I do, I will call Klaus and hope to speak to Heather!

10 - 12. NET30. Spoke to Cesar. 2 plumbing issues need to be addressed: 1) staff restroom sink is leaking 2) inside classroom water fountain is leaking. Both slow leaks. There is a leak in the bathtub of this duplex property, but some of the fixtures are accessible through the attached unit, on Plaza Serena, which is currently vacant, but they are remodeling. Please get approval on any pricing before performing work.
