10 - 12 arrival. Per Dan: Send Raul. Ronald's assistant called and said that Ronald has no cool air coming out of AC system, we installed in May 2025. Celia (310) 612-4833.
(3-5) COD. Spoke with Thomas' son in law who lives at the property, Ray, (540) 797-1020. They have a broken shut off valve to their bathroom sink. Not gushing, but dripping nonstop. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!
11 - 1. COD. Spoke to Andrew. Leak near water heater. Main turned off. City water guy came out, said it's one of lines after the meter not the copper line. Please check out and provide quote for repair.
8 - 10 (DAY REQ). COD. Spoke to Ron. Wes coming back out to install toilet handle. Also while there, they would like you to look at their shower head, it is leaking behind the wall.
Responded to toilet that wouldn't stop running. Found faulty flapper valve and corroded chain mechanism. Flapper wasn't seating properly, causing continuous water flow. Replaced flapper assembly and adjusted chain length for proper operation. Also replaced deteriorated fill valve while I was there. Toilet now fills and shuts off correctly. Customer mentioned their water bill had been unusually high - this should fix that issue.
Toilet was making loud gurgling noises and water level kept dropping. Diagnosed problem as warped toilet bowl causing poor seal at base. Removed toilet completely and discovered deteriorated wax ring. Installed new wax ring and repositioned toilet with proper alignment. Tested flush operation and checked for leaks - everything working quietly now. Customer relieved to have normal bathroom function restored without major expense.
10 - 12. COD. Spoke to Beverly. Would like 2 white high-rise toilets installed in both bathrooms. Said back bathroom one is more modern, and front one is really old. Please check this out and go over options with her.

2-4. COD. Text (909) 730-5224. James only. I spoke to Marykay, they had a toilet worked on in April by James and had some parts replaced, the toilet is now not working again and she wants to get it fixed.
Ronald called to confirm appt. Please call him if you can come earlier!!! He will be home.

NOTE: BRING SHOE COVERS. This is for replacing existing shower slide bar, handheld, hose and drain cover. The wife said 1 part might not be used? Call Chris with any questions!!! and please fill out the description of this invoice.
