Original installation had a problem with thermostat and we had to try a couple times, but Raoul took over and he was great. Found the problem and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything. We are now very happy.

11 - 1. COD. Spoke to Zach. Clogged kitchen sink, backed up about a week ago, was able to clear it out, tightened the pipes, but then it clogged again. Annually we have had to come out to snake this, we recommended hydro jetting laundry and kitchen drain lines from exterior cleanouts last time so he would like to do this since it's a recurring problem. Please check pipes first and then possibly hydro jet. Provide pricing before performing any work!!

8 - 10. COD. Spoke to Karen. REQ SAL. She would like a call the day before to confirm the appt. for she will be out of town until Monday! Recently moved to home in April – sal came out and did some work, yesterday she was digging around flower bed out front and came across some concrete clay pipe – wondering if somebody can come out and identify it, said her neighbors don't have one she's not sure why it's there. Also right behind that wall is laundry room and twice now she has found water in garage couldn’t see where it came from but has pictures. Not sure if it's related but said it's not from sprinklers or anything.
