Original installation had a problem with thermostat and we had to try a couple times, but Raoul took over and he was great. Found the problem and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything. We are now very happy.
The installer was slightly late but we received a call ahead that explained he might be. Installer was polite, worked quickly, everything was left clean. Overall excellent.
Thanks so much for the friendly, quick, thorough service when our AC threw an error code.

We are extremely happy with Klaus & Sons. Their workers were on time, did what they were hired to do and cleaned up after themselves. That said, the men were friendly and attentive to any questions or suggestions we had. They laid protective padding over the entire work area, and after each days work (2 in our case), they put everything back in place, removed the coverings and vacuumed any materials left. They placed the things they removed in their truck (not in our bins like some workmen we have had)and took it away at the end of each day. We couldn't have been more pleased! Just noticed the question on rating the cost/pricing of their service. They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive, but they were well worth the price!
