This was our first time using this company and had the best experience. Our AC wasn’t working for a couple days. Everything from making the initial appointment to them showing up was fast and easy. David the technician was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Will definable be calling them for routine maintenance.

2 - 4. NET30. Spoke to Carol. She will be the main POC today and on-site. Please call her when there!! - (909) 620-5100 - she will open the gate for you. 2 toilets in ladies' restroom not flushing. Please provide pricing for repair before performing any work!!
8 - 10. COD. Spoke to Susan. Would like her water heater replaced. It is working currently, but it is from 2007, so she wants to replace it before something bad happens. It is in the garage, easily accessible, 50 gallons (please bring one), she knows they run around $2500. She also mentioned that it needs straps; it has never had straps. Please provide quote for all this before preforming any work!!

Mohammod had mentioned that he didn't think his manual dampers were installed, but per Dan, they are located in the attic. Please talk to Manny to get more information first, and then go over this with the homeowner.

Any time. No one will be home, Alva will leave a key for you and gave permission for you to go in. Fernando has been out here before for heating ac unit, still cycling on and off Fernando came out and thought it was thermostat, changed thermostat still doing it, went in attic and took video (attached video below).
