This was our first time using this company and had the best experience. Our AC wasn’t working for a couple days. Everything from making the initial appointment to them showing up was fast and easy. David the technician was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Will definable be calling them for routine maintenance.

8 - 10. COD. CC on file. Spoke to Alva. She just bought this home and isn't moved in yet so it's empty but you will have access since painters are there etc. so you can go right in. She has an old bathroom, individual handles for shower valve broken and need to get replaced. Please call her at (760) 696-2290 with findings/approval for pricing! She will be by her phone between 8 and 10am. Ask if she would like to charge the card on file after work is completed.
3:30 - 5pm (TIME REQ). COD. Please call when on the way!!! - (229) 669-3975. He had someone else out that installed sink in kitchen – garbage disposal leaking water, same person came back to fix it, now a month or so after started leaking again and he wants us to come out to fix this instead - saw our trucks dricing. Please check out and provide an estimate before performing work!

Needs plumbing work done: tub full of water, took shower and water was going down slow, also water around toilet and floor in another bathroom (I think, she was kind of hard to understand...) Please clarify issue and provide pricing before performing any work!!

8 - 12. COD. Spoke to Jenny (manager). Frank (maintenance guy will be main POC), they will both be on-site that day though. AC not working at all, there are 2 units - 1 is not working. This is at the Fox Theatre 4 stories, Ac is on second floor in closet, from 2008. Stopped working about a month ago. Quoted $178 for diagnostic + additional for repairs. Please provide findings and pricing to Jenny before performing any work! They will pay on-site with CC that day.
1 - 5. COD. Spoke to Alva. FERNANDO ONLY. She really only wants this repaired, does not want a replacement right now - just wants to get it running. It is an older Payne AC, doesn’t seem to be working - fan outside works, turns on outside but not getting a lot of air in house. She just got this house, so it is empty she is not moved in yet. Said flooring guys will be there so you will have access to the house, but CALL WHEN ON THE WAY so she can give them a heads up!! - (760) 696-2290. She will not be on-site but put a CC on file and confirmed that she will be available by phone to go over findings/approval for any work. Quoted $158 for diagnostic & will go over repair options from there.
2 - 4 (req). COD. Spoke to Bob. Slow draining kitchen sink might be the garbage disposal not sure. Started Monday night, they have a 3-quarter horsepower garbage disposal if that's the issue. Please check out and provide pricing before performing work!
4 - 5 arrival (TIME REQ AFTER 4pm). COD. Spoke to Rose. Look at washer dryer hook ups, never had washer and dryers hooked up, inherited this place and wondering why/what is wrong with them. Please check out and provide options/pricing.
