As a brand-new client, I have to say I appreciated Klaus and Sons staff. From the call to the emergency service center after hours to speaking with the office. The service was performed pleasantly , professionally , and promptly. It seems like at the end of the year, I was having multiple issues going on at my home. It was wonderful to know that they were able to send out a plumber within a couple of hours of my call. Mario was my service person. He was prompt, assessed the problem, and took care of my drain immediately. He also took time with me to answer questions on the next project that I needed to have done in my home. This was our first time using this company and had the best experience. Our AC wasn’t working for a couple days. Everything from making the initial appointment to them showing up was fast and easy. 4 - 5 (UPDATED TIME). COD. Spoke to Michael. Tankless w/h install call-back. Michael called on Friday. Turned on hot water, getting hot but not super hot even when turned all the way up. Also has question about $1100 rebate… called gas company and not real helpful, they said to call us about it. So he would like help with getting this cause the page keeps having an error when he tries to do it.
