3 - 4 (updated time). COD. Text when in route. I spoke to Sharon, their toilet is backing up with toilet paper and needs to be drained.
(arrival around 10AM) OSE. Spoke with Jane. She has a main line leak near the sidewalk and some officials shut her water off (NOT the water co? - she said like firemen or city workers?). She currently has NO WATER to her home. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

10 - 12. COD. Spoke to Sandee. Gate Code: 1688#. Toilet is gurgling and believes there are root intrusions, thinks it needs to be hydro jetted, quoted $975 for this. Toilet furthest away from rest of plumbing that’s gurgling, think's it's the whole line. Wes left an estimate last year they had a family member do the work instead and are regretting it now. Please check out issue and provide findings and pricing before performing any work!!

(10-12 REQ) OSE. Spoke with Sharon and her son, Steve. They got a new natural gas oven but their natural gas line needs to be either repositioned or extended so that the oven properly goes up against the wall. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!
(2-4) COD. REQ JAMES. Spoke with Kay, Lisa's daughter. James worked on a leaking toilet for them at the end of August of this year, and the same toilet is now leaking again, it looks like in the exact same way it used to. Warranty for the original repair has already elapsed, it expired the end of September. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!
12-2. COD. Call Daughter Peyton (909) 315-9756 when in route. I spoke to Andrea, their bathroom sink is clogged up and takes hours to drain. Will need to call Andreas work phone (714) 792-0049 to get approval for work. She will pay with card when job is done.
(8-10, URGENCY LIST!) OSE. Spoke with Tim. He is the homeowner. He says he thinks he has a leak in his upstairs bathroom. He doesn't see wetness downstairs, but the floor is starting to get pretty wet in the adjacent bedroom. He was notified that it is a free visual inspection. 8-10. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to AImee, The outdoor sink clogged near bbq hose bib leaking and 2 vanity sinks that are draining funny toilet near barn clogged and salt refilled on their filter, please make sure to bring a lot of salt for filtration system.
Closer to 2 or after (updated time). COD. Spoke to James. Needs pressure regulator replaced an inch and a quarter, we replaced it before in 2022, said someone came out not that long ago and pressure was 120. Please check out and provide pricing before performing any work!
