I received a text when Mark (technician) was on his way, included photo, arrived 20 minutes early. First visit, showed him where the internal/external units were located. He went over everything that would be done today. Afterwards, he went over the health of my units and recommendations for me until my next semi-monthly appointment. 1st pm on cool club, cleaned treated and flushed drain line, treated evaporator and pan, wiped inside of cabinet clean, replaced filter. reglued insulation on panels. checked temperature split and charge, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. recommend surge protector and start assist with relay. system fully operational. next PM in 6months

No heat call 20yr old trane heat pump. Found system completely out of refrigerant.
