I received a text when Mark (technician) was on his way, included photo, arrived 20 minutes early. First visit, showed him where the internal/external units were located. He went over everything that would be done today. Afterwards, he went over the health of my units and recommendations for me until my next semi-monthly appointment. Completed hvac preventative maintenance and tankless flush by Blake Gillis
No heat call 20yr old trane heat pump. Found system completely out of refrigerant.
PM on cool club, cleaned treated and flushed drain line, wiped inside of cabinet clean, treated pan. Removed fan and cleaned leaves from condenser, treated condenser coil and rinsed. Checked temperature split and charge. System fully operational and running smoothly. Next PM in 6months. Merry Christmas
2nd pm on cool club, cleaned treated and flushed drain line. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked furnace operation. Checked temperature split and charge. Checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Removed fan and panels from condenser, treated condenser coil, rinsed condenser and wiped clean. System fully operational and running smoothly. Next PM in 6months
