The service tech was experienced by clearly prices were well out of ordinary. Was not dissatisfied with the after hours charge but rather everything else. Was not explained what was being charged for but rather rushed into signatures. Was charged $166 for "Specialized HVAC repair includes special order parts, equipment, or additional labor to complete" but only cleaned my external unit and another $215 for a $15 capacitor found on Amazon. I could not be MORE disappointed and dissatisfied with being price gouged by a local company. Well think twice next time.
