Upon arrival, I cycled the cooling at the thermostat and discovered that the compressor was unresponsive due to a faulty starter. I replaced the starter with a new OEM starter and installed a start relay to drop the amperage on start-up. I performed amp draws on all motors, washed the condenser coil, and verified that there was a clean filter in place. I recorded temperature splits and the customer signed up for bi-annual maintenance to keep the system functioning at optimum efficiency. The system is functioning properly at this time.
