I was contacted by a customer who had a 3-year-old unit that was still under warranty and needed repairs. I informed the customer that the unit was still under warranty and that it needed to be repaired by a carrier-approved company. I provided the customer with the necessary contact information for the carrier-approved company and also offered to schedule an appointment for the repair.
