I am a highly skilled home service professional who recently completed a repair job for a client. The job involved repairing a leaky faucet in a bathroom. I arrived at the client's home and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty washer in the faucet. I replaced the washer and tested the faucet to ensure it was working properly. The client was very pleased with the work and expressed gratitude for my prompt and efficient service.
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job replacing the electrical absorption system in a customer's home. The existing system was outdated and inefficient, so I replaced it with an original equipment manufacture approved absorption system. The electrical motors were wired into the absorption system, and faulty connections were repaired to prevent arcing. The absorption system was securely mounted in a control compartment with a metal bracket. After completing the job, the motors were cycled and tested to ensure they were within manufacture specifications. This part of the job includes a lifetime part warranty for maintenance customers.
Technician arrived to home to perform a maintenance service. Found that the unit is in working order. The customer is extremely happy with the service!
The customer reported that the house was not cool at all. Upon further inspection, the technician discovered that the system was low on Freon. The technician advised the customer that there was a leak that needed to be addressed immediately. The customer agreed to proceed with a dye check and refrigerant. The technician injected the system with dye and 70% of the Freon. The customer is scheduled for us to return next week to search for the leak.
"I was called to inspect and troubleshoot an air conditioning system that was not cooling the house properly. Upon arrival, I found that the air flow was poor and the house was 90 degrees. After conducting a thorough inspection, I determined that the issue was a clogged air filter. I cleaned the air filter and the system started cooling the house again.
The technician arrived at the customer's house to investigate a cooling issue. The customer reported that the rear end of the house did not receive adequate cooling during a party. The technician activated both systems to examine them. The front unit was found to be adequately charged, but the capacitor showed signs of pitting, leading to a recommendation for its replacement. The condenser fan motor was covered in oil, but there was no play in the shaft. The technician advised replacing the motor due to the loss of lubricant, which could result in overheating and seizing, potentially causing irreversible damage to the compressor and increasing repair costs. The technician verified that the capacitor was within factory specifications and all refrigerant levels were within the acceptable range. The technician then proceeded to the rear unit at the back of the house, where gauges were connected and it was discovered that the system was significantly low on Freon. Power was shut down to ch
I arrived at the customer's home to check on a leak they were experiencing. Upon inspection, I found that the leak was coming from a crack in the distribution tube that regulates the reversing valve. I was able to locate the leak and fix it by replacing the entire distribution tube. I will contact the customer to schedule an appointment for tomorrow morning to complete the repair.
I was called to a home to check on a cooling system that was not cooling. I arrived and found that the thermostat was cycling on and off, and the air conditioner was not producing any cool air. I checked the air filter and found that it was dirty, so I replaced it. I also checked the drain line and found that it was flowing properly. I checked the safety floats and found that they were working properly. I then washed the condenser coil and tested the starting components. I found that the compressor/fan motor starter was out of tolerance and was replaced. I also performed amp draws on all motors and tightened all electrical connections. After completing these steps, the system was functioning properly.
Unit is very old and does not work. At this time the best choice would be to replace equipment. Estimate will be sent for a new unit!

I was called to a home in the suburbs to repair a backed-up main line. I used a snake to clear the line, but it was still not flowing properly. I then used hydro jetting to clean the line from upstream through the septic tank. Afterward, I ran a camera to check for any structures in the main line. There were no structures, so I provided a one-year warranty.
I came out to a customer's home to perform routine maintenance. I cycled the unit, flushed the drain lines, and checked the duct work. Customer was very happy.

I am a skilled professional that works for a Sheldon's Heating & Air Conditioning company. I was called to a customer's home to check on a unit that was not cooling. Upon arrival, I checked the indoor and outdoor units. I found that the filter was dirty and needed to be changed. I also checked the ductwork for any damage and found none. I checked the drain line and found it to be clear. I checked the temperature and found that the unit was blowing a 20-degree split. I then went to the outdoor unit and checked the electrical components. Everything was within range. I rinsed the outdoor coil with water and removed all the dirt. The unit is now working properly.
