Mr. Rush was knowledgeable and although the AC was over ten years old and had been examined by two other repair persons who informed me upon a cursory exam that nothing could be done to repair the AC. They left me telephone numbers for salespeople who called many times to convince me that I needed to replace my AC within weeks. This was over a year ago. Mr. Rush preformed a complete diagnostic exam. He gave me options that might extend the life of my AC until next year when IRA might pay for a new system. I can not imagine how a supervisor could have provided better service. I gave four stars fo the cost to indicate that I had read and understood the survey.
