Customer had another service tech to install a new thermostat a few days ago. Max stated that the heat was not working prior to installing the thermostat. I found that the thermostat was not programmed correctly. I programmed the thermostat for one called to heat stages and now the system is working correctly. I also found heavy buildup of growth in the air handler. Customer wants me to come back to install the Pure Air and perform a maintenance at the same time on March 7th in the AM. Please schedule. Membership is buy one get one and is extended thru 1/2026.

Upon arrival customer told me AC was blowing warm air. Went to the roof and the fan was running on and off. Pull the door off the condenser unit and found the wires burnt off. Check the amps on the compressor and it was super high. Recommend a comfort adviser to come out to give a quote on new system not repairable router age and Freon

Arrived at customers house for system not cooling. On arrival. Customer showed me to air handler unit. Air handler unit is now sod. Started up unit. Air handler came on. Went outside and condenser was on. Hooked up gauges. And unit was very low on Freon. Show to customers and suggested we added Freon with this being the first time of us seeing low Freon. Customers agree. Added 2 pounds of Freon. Pressures and readings now looking correct. Informed customers that this could mean they have a leak somewhere in their system. Suggested they monitor their system and if they lose any Cooling efficiency to let us know and we should perform a leak search at that point. Unit is now producing proper delta. Suggested customer sign up for maintenance agreement and customers agreed. T. Collected payment and signature and left. Thank you for choosing total air!

Upon arrival to system water leak, I was shown to a mini split air handler on the wall that was leaking from the backside of the line hide. Pulled the line hide off the wall to further diagnosed this issue. Last time the pump was condensating due to the extreme hot temperatures and the cold water going into the condensate pump Reservoir was sweating. I did find a condensate pump to be stuck running, but barely pumping any water, so there was stagnant water sitting inside the line as well as inside the pump, building up and leaking out. This systems immediate need is to replace the pump to ensure the system can drain properly and operate within the normal range of factory specifications. The office should reach out for availability for an appointment to change the pump sometime soon. I left the line hide off the unit and left the unit in the off mode to not create anymore water. Spoke to the homeowners about work completed, collected payment/signatures for todays visit and le

Called out today due to water leaking from the mini split head in the living room. Found condensate pump has failed as well as a clogged drain line. Need to clear drain and replace pump. Client will call to confirm repairs. He is aware that the pump will take 2-3 days to come in. Thank you for always choosing Total Air!

Per Louie we will be out on 7/16/22 with two people to install new blower . 7/16/2022 Wadeh. Picked up blower motor from shop and installed new blower motor in living space air handler mini split. Re assembled mini split unit and attached drain pan. Checked unit to be level and turn mini split unit to cooling. Checked blower motor operation and inspected for any noise. Complete member tune up. Change customer supplied filter. Inspect electrical components. Test amps and volts. Delta t measures at 12 degrees. Ensure system is running in both heating and cooling modes. Clear out drain line with vacuum. A picture of the evaporator coil was uploaded into ST. At condenser checked pressures, temps, amps and volts. Dual run capacitor was failed. I replaced with a turbo 200 capacitor that has a 5 year warranty. I also installed a surge protector to protect the condenser against power surges. The unit was low on refrigerant. I completed a leak search and could not pinpoint the leak. The leak may be underground in the line-set that was poured over. The customer wants to wait a few weeks and have a tech return to see how slow the leak is. If the refrigerant is leaking at a fast rate we will perform an isolation test under the same leak search that was paid for. I added (4) lbs of 410a refrigerant. System is in working order.

Arrived for a no cool call. On arrival customers showed me to air handler unit. Saw condensate backflowing. Went down to condenser and found suction line extremely hot. Compressor was also hot. Melted insulation bag around it.. Hooked up gages and suction side was very high. Compressor not properly flowing free on. Suggests for customers to get consultation and customers agree. Customers also have a second unit that is not in the best condition. Would like consultation to get that changed as well. Signed customers up for taps plan. Collected payment and signature and left. Customers happy.
