Checked the temps at the boiler and at a bathroom downstairs. Coming out of the boiler going into the mixing valve was 137-140 with the aquastat reading 146*. The temp at the sink dropped to 97*, closed and opened the mixing valve several times. After opening the valve, the temp increased on the mixing side to 124* and 117* at the sink. If this continues, recommend replacing the mixing valve.
