Performed a heating pm on (2) Ductless Heat Pumps. Washed the air filters. Checked the electrical connections. Turned the systems to high heat and high speed for the fan, checked the discharge temperature for proper refrigerant charge. Main house- 123-125*F, 20.6amps Rental side- 119-122*F, 13.6 amps System is operating properly. The (3) indoor units in the rental side, the blower wheels are getting very dirty and recommend cleaning the wheels and coil. The living room unit in the main house, the blower wheel is dirty and recommend cleaning.
HVAC Repair Service- Checked the system on the rental side. Turned all units to full heat and high fan, units were discharging 123*F and 50*F on cooling. Checked the drain on the kitchen unit. After pouring water in, the unit shut off due to the pan was full and not draining. Removed the slim duct cover and blew out the drain line. Poured water in and the kitchen unit drained properly. Checked the other units for proper drainage. Washed the filters in the master bedroom unit. All 3 indoor units are operating properly. The 2 units upstairs have very dirty blower wheels. When they are dirty, they decrease the amount of air that it blows. Recommend having the blower wheels and coil cleaned on both units.
