Got an email, called and got Robby Glenn on the phone. Explained I had been trying to keep in contact about the payoff check from my bank and left a message for a call back last week, but never got one. He took everything to his supervisor and called me right back, less than 5 minutes, and told me everything was good. He by far has been one of the nicest people I have spoke with there.
