Brice Jefferies went above and beyond when it came to the programing of our fire panel. He found some discrepancies that were not allowing the system to function to the best of it's abilities. He stayed late and was there early the next morning (4am) to make sure that the whole system was functioning properly for our annual fire test. He was positive and resourceful when it came to resolving the issue that someone else left for him. Thank you.
