Gary is the best in the field, hands down! I called for our annual fire extinguisher inspections, we have 1 in each of our 2 delivery vehicles and 5 more in the branch. Gary happened to see one of our vans while he was in transit, so he did the inspection for that one out on the road, Then he came by the branch and finished all the others. Thank you Gary!!

Customer called and needed to get some new fire extinguishers. I told them I could be there today. I took them 10 - 10lb ABC and 6 - 2.5lb ABC fire extinguishers. They were pleased with the quick turnaround.
I stopped in to see if I could get this customer on the schedule. They said do it now, so I started the inspection of the fire extinguishers. I found a clean agent that needed to be hydrotested. I did a swap out of the extinguisher so I could get it tested and bring it back. Customer is current on their annual inspections now.

The customer called and wanted to purchase some fire extinguishers and get one inspected. I arrived and sold them what they needed and also did the service on the fire extinguisher that did not need to be replaced.

Annual fire extinguisher service was done at this location. The customer called and need their fire extinguishers inspected. I did what they needed and sent them an email billing. Customer was satisfied and will let us know next year when they need an inspection.
Called and set up the monthly fire extinguisher and emergency lighting/exit sign inspections. I arrived and did each inspection and let the customer know I would be back around the same time next month. They were very happy and said they would see me then.

Sprinkler and Antifreeze Loop Inspection
Customer called and is doing some remodeling of their site. They needed to get the Kitchen Ansul system checked and needed some new fire extinguishers for the new areas added. I did a survey and then started to do the inspection of the Ansul System. I completed that and then figured out where they needed new fire extinguishers. I asked the customer if they wanted to do it all at one time or do a little enow and a little later. They want to do it now so I started placing them in the proper locations per NFPA code. They ended up getting 5 new ones and then I inspected the rest. I let them know if they were doing any more remodel they might need more to have proper coverage.
