Switched over monitoring and installed a new cell dialer. Did fire alarm annual.
Annual maintenance and inspections of the Backflow systems, and sprinkler systems. There were 7 wet sprinkler systems inspected and 4 backflow systems.
Kitchen exhaust cleaning of a Grill Hood System and Two Fryer Hood Systems.
Annual fire extinguisher inspection & service performed.
Annual fire alarm inspection. We recommend some of the zoned pull stations are labeled weird so that it's difficult to determine there locations. Would suggests upgrade to addressable devices in the future. We tested all of the devices on site. All passed.
Semi annual fire suppression service on (3) Ansul R102 3G systems. Changed the fusible links, checked the system to make sure it will function in a fire. All three systems had the appliances where they should be located. Systems are in good working order.
