Brice has been extremely helpful working with us to address our fire system deficiencies. He communicates very well and has communicated with our fire marshal and other related vendors to problem solve. Looking forward to continue to work with him.

I arrived to do the annual fire extinguisher service and maintenance at this location as scheduled. I made sure that none were damaged and they were all in good working order (including checking the hoses, gauges and overall fire extinguisher). I shined the fire extinguisher and put them all back in their places after I tagged them. The customer had gone on an errand so I left my card with reception and let them know I was finished and a bill would arrive sometime in the next couple of days.
I scheduled this appointment do to some repairs to the system. Upon I Installed SD500 mim modules for AHU shut down and programmed them. System is all functioning properly except one AHU does not shut down when duct detector is tripped. You will need to have HVAC look at that. Gave maintenance all the information needed to fix the issue. Once it is fixed I will FaceTime with maintenance to verify system is shutting down to avoid having to create another service call to come out. I’ve updated quote will all parts used and took off parts that were not needed. I let them know they could call at anytime and I would be available.
Custom called and needed to get a few fire extinguishers serviced. I found that they had to have a new fire extinguisher also. So I did two inspections and sold them a new 5lb fire extinguisher. I let her know to call anytime they needed anything.
