Chandler not only did the task at hand effeciently but spent a quite of bit of extra time to educate me on a few things to keep an eye out for re my water pressure, hot water heater, etc that I never knew before. He could have packed up and left after he finished the work he was sent here to complete but went the extra mile. Greatly apapreciated.
Discussed with manager that we needed the line scoped and the line leaving the house to the street marked. Plumber did not come with a locator and was unable to locate the line as asked. Have not received a quote or follow up call as to when they will be back.
Estimate to replace existing prv due to high pressure Tech notes: Called out to home to replace existing prv due to high pressure. Customer stated: Replacing water heater Technician notes: We arrived and inspected the area. We attached a hose and drained the heater. Once drained we removed the gas connections and cut the inlet and outlet lines to remove the heater. We unboxed and prepped the new heater. We put the new heater into position and started attaching the inlet and outlet lines, the gas line, and started running a cpvc line for the t&p valve. We filled the heater, restored the gas connection, and then ignited the pilot light. The heater is running with no leaks. Resolution/Recommendations: Removed old water heater and replaced with new water heater.
CUSTOMER STATED: they had a toilet that was slow filling and another toilet that was not flushing. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a toilet slow filling and another not flushing. While on site I found the toilet in the hall bathroom was taking longer than 3 minutes to fill. In the master bathroom the toilet will not flush due to a corroded toilet handle and a corroded flapper. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I replaced the fill valve in the hall bathroom then replaced the handle and flapper in the master bathroom. After making the repairs I turned water on and tested to find everything functioning properly as should.
Tech notes: out today to install mgp supplied 50 gallon natural gas water heater. Upon arrival, turned water off and drained down existing heater. Removed heater off stand. Reworked gas line and installed new gas shut off valve, flex line, and gas drip leg. Installed new copper risers, shut off valve, and expansion tank. Once all connections were good, turned water on to test. Everything is functioning properly at this time. Successfully lit water heater. Job status: complete
Technician notes: We arrived and were directed to the affected bathroom. We tested the sink and found that there was no water when turning the sink on. We disconnected the cold supply line and confirmed that the supply was receiving water. We then backfed the line and collected the water in a bucket. There was a large amount of sediment that exited the line. We repeated the process for the hot side and then cleaned out the aerator. The sink then functioned properly. The toilet was not filling properly due to a valve not being turned on in the tank. We corrected the issue and tested. The toilet then functioned properly Resolution/Recommendations: After removing built up sediment, the sink is functioning properly. After turning the fill valve on the toilet was tested and functions properly.

Customer stated: sink is not draining and toilet flushes by itself. Technician notes: We arrived and investigated the issue. The lavatories in the master bathroom are draining very slowly. When only one side is used there are gurgling noises pointing to severely restricted flow in the drains. We disassembled the tubular drain from the right-side lavatory and ran a sewer machine down the drain to try and clear the clog. We were able to pullout a 4 inch sheet of hair and hair dye that was restricting the flow of the drain. We reassembled the tubular drain under the right side and the tested the sink. Both sides drained normally. The toilet tank was overfilling because the fill valve was not correctly adjusted and the tank is filling to the overflow pipe. We adjusted the fill valve and the toilet now functions normally. Resolution/Recommendations: Ran a sewer machine to clear the lavatory drain. The clog was cleared. The lavatories were tested and now function normally
Customer stated: master bathroom sink is leaking Technician notes: We investigated the issue. The extension sip joint running into the ptrap was not inserted into the ptrap. There was a 1/16 air gap that was allowing water to flow out. We removed the ptrap and slip joint and reset. The sink is now function properly with no leaks
Customer stated: kitchen sink is leaking Technician notes: We inspected the sink and noticed that the 1 1/2 tubular drainage was not installed properly. We disassembled the drainage and installed new 1 1/2 drainage from the basket strainer to the lavatory stack in the cabinet. We tested by running the kitchen sink and there were no leaks Resolution/Recommendations: after diagnosing the issue with the tubular we started off by removing the old tubular due to improper installation. Once everything was removed we then installed 4 new pieces of tubular under the kitchen sink. After everything was installed we then turned water on and tested to find everything functions properly as should with no leaks or drips.
