CUSTOMER STATED: they had a running toilet. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a running toilet. While on site I found the toilet in the master bathroom was running due to a failed fill valve. The fill valve had failed due to high water pressure of 85psi. The failed prv has caused the thermal expansion tank above the water heater to fail and cause water fluctuation through out the whole home. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: replaced prv, fill valve, and expansion tank in the home. After replacement I turned water on and tested to find everything functioning properly as should.
