Customer stated: the whole home is stopped up. Tech notes: called out today to look at a whole home stoppage. While on site I found no clean out and no man holes while entering the neighborhood. Home owner stated they had a different plumber out who had supposedly cleared it but started clogging again immediately after they left. Resolution: I recommend having the septic tank pumped. Job notes: this job is a resipro job. Rear hose bib is broken and won’t turn on. Front hose bib is street pressure. Job status: not complete
