CUSTOMER STATED: they had a leaking toilet. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leaking toilet. While on site I found the tank to bowl gasket needs replaced. Whenever the toilet in the hall bathroom is flushed water leaks all into the floor. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I recommend replacing the flush valve and tank to bowl gasket.
