CUSTOMER STATED: Water heater is leaking TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the concern a water heater leaking in the basement of the home. Existing heater is 40 gallon electric located under stairwell in basement. Upon arrival, I did not find the water heater to be leaking from the base nor did I find any traces of water. Water heaters T&P is not piped out of the home must have blew. Homes water pressure is 60 PSI from back side hose bib. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: No repairs made today.
