CUSTOMER STATED: We have 3 faucets dripping. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out today for the concern of 3 delta bathroom faucets dripping. Right side sink in master bathroom has defective hot water side cartridge, Jack and Jill bathroom sink on the right have a defective hot side cartridge, and the left side sink for the jack and Jill bathroom has a defective hot and cold side cartridge. We will need to replace 4 total cartridges with new seats and springs to avoid a recall. While on site I have found the existing hot water system is missing a thermal expansion tank and I have recommended to the homeowner to install one.
