CUSTOMER STATED:pump for jets not working TECHNICIAN NOTES:came out to diagnose a pump not operating properly. Found a jacuzzi tub with a pump that is not functioning properly. Cannot diagnose further without access being made. No access panel. Tile on front of tub needs to be removed in order to access pump. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS:advised tenant homeowner will have to gain access to the pump from the front and once access is made we can further diagnose the pump.
