CUSTOMER STATED:hall bathroom lav not draining TECHNICIAN NOTES: tested hall bathroom wall hung lav and found it stopped draining after about a minute. Choice covered to clear sink stoppage. Attempted to clear sink stoppage through lav but found after a few minutes of running that the cable was jumping a cross and coming into the other lav in this bathroom and broke the ptrap. Replaced the ptrap but found a crack in the polished brass pop up assembly from the cable as well. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: need to replace polished brass pop up assembly. Part link in notes. And then cut a hole in wall of stairs leading to basement to replace the drain system to both lavs to resolve issue.
