CUSTOMER STATED: garbage disposal not working. TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon arrival found rag stuck in disposal, reset disposal and attempted to free blades, motor is burnt out. Ahs had denied this claim due to improper use. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: disposal will need to be replaced JOB NOTES: customer was not happy with ahs decision.
