This estimate is to replace the thermal expansion tank above the water heater. The thermal expansion tank is supposed to be full of compressed air but instead is full of water. Out today 6/17/24 Trevor J. Return trip to replace the expansion tank above the water heater in the garage. Installed a new 2 gallon expansion tank and restored water. Tested for leaks.
