8/29/24 job notes : Out today to replace the Noritz tankless water located in the laundry room with a rinnai sensei water heater. RESOLUTION : New rinnai sensei tankless water heater has been installed, along with all new code required items. Water has been restored to the home to test all new connections made today. Tankless is giving a code 11 indicating a flame / ignite failure. Customer is looking to avoid further issues with unit.
