Customer Stated: They had an issue with the toilet backing/clogging up, and were unsure why it was having issues. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a standard elongated toilet located in the upstairs Jack/Jill bathroom of home. I found that the toilet was instantly backing up after flushing. I let the tenant know I would need to start with plunging, and using an auger to try to clear clog. Resolution: I was able to successfully clear the clog, and after using auger/plunger I found that there was a coloring pencil stuck inside of the S-trap of the toilet, which was the cause for the clogging/backing up.
