The entire process from estimate to completion 3/26/19 thru 5/29/19 was an excellent experience. On the first day, Pedro and the crew, Justin,Tim and Jay removed and set in place 15 windows. I did notice they forgot an awning style window after they left and called the company and they brought it the next day. Warehouse personal forgot to load it in the truck the first day, no big deal. On day 2 the crew was Pedro,Justin,Brad and Brian. Weather became an issue at noon with thunder and heavy rain, so the capping process was delayed, then the holiday weekend. The next 2 days was only Pedro and Justin, to complete job, (would have been complete in 2 days except for weather). I did have a small issue with the expandable foam insulation that pushed out through the caulking on the inside edge of a double hung that Pedro promptly corrected. I immediately noticed the difference inside when the temperature only went up 1 degree instead of 25-30 when the afternoon sun hit the new picture windows. When finished they actually crawled around the outside of the house with a vacuum to clean up EVERYTHING and more. The only thing was the cost was high, but I am one who believes you get what you pay for and am satisfied.
