I was called to a home in Tucson, Arizona, to repair a Lennox package heat pump that was not cooling the home. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was low on refrigerant and had a refrigerant leak. I repaired the leak and recharged the system with the proper amount of refrigerant. I also checked the electrical connections and wiring and found that they were all in good condition. After completing the repairs, I tested the system to ensure that it was cooling the home properly. The customer was very satisfied with the work and thanked me for my help.
