I was called to a home in Tucson to fix a clogged condensate drain line. Upon arrival, I found that the drain line was completely clogged with debris. I used a plumbing snake to clear the line and then flushed it with a water hose. After the clog was cleared, I tested the drain line to ensure it was working properly. I also checked the condensate pump to make sure it was working correctly. Finally, I cleaned up the area and made sure the customer was satisfied with the service.
