I was called to a home to perform diagnostic and maintenance on a Rheem unit. Upon arrival, I inspected the unit and found that the thermostat was not working properly. I replaced the thermostat and tested the unit to ensure it was working correctly. I also checked the electrical connections and replaced any damaged wires. Finally, I tested the unit again to ensure it was working properly. The customer was very satisfied with the work and thanked me for my help.
