William arrived as promised and did a great job! We have been with Pernell for many years. Thanks to the entire “Pernell HVAC team” we have enjoyed worry-free temperature control. While ALL of the talented service technicians have been outstanding, William stands out due to his expertise and care. He performed the pre scheduled maintenance with devotion and was very personable. A decorated Iraq war USMC combat veteran, we plan to ask Pernell for William to perform our NEXT maintenance-even if that means waiting until William is available.
