Unfortunately it looks like our AC unit is going to need to be replaced, but our service tech went above and beyond in explaining everything to me and ensuring that we were able to be comfortable through the weekend until the work could take place. He went and got us some portable units to place in the house to help cut down the heat, so we are very grateful for that. Would recommend.
