We have had AC issues for a week. When the weekend finally came around we decided we needed to call an AC tech. I submitted a form over the weekend and Chandler got back to me later that day telling me he could get us in monday. They arrived on time and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. Gave us recommendations on what we could do to prevent future issues as well. This is the second time we’ve used Pernell and we will never use again HVAC company. The technicians are friendly and honest.
