I just had my biannual servicing by William B. from Call Pernell, Inc. As always, William explained what he would be doing, and that he would check back with me after he completed his inspection with any issues. Because of the great system that Call Pernell, Inc. installed a few years ago, along with biannual check ups, my system is still in great working condition.
