Performed inspection and evaluation on an older air conditioning system; upon arrival found bad thermostat, replaced thermostat and verified A/C operations. Inspected system and found condenser coil extremely impacted with dirt, chemically cleaned the system and verified air conditioning operations.
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a 2 year-old Coleman system; found no safety concerns at this time and quoted whole home humidifier to counter dryness for customer.
Performed furnace inspection and repair on a 9 year-old Concord system; upon arrival found filter impacted with dirt and flame sensor cutting out, replaced flame sensor and verified operations.
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a Miller system; upon further inspection found the ignitor had a small chip in it and the blower wheel was dirty.
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a Goodman system; upon arrival found the furnace overheating and tripping the limit, corrected the blower speed and gas pressure. Verified operations and all else was okay at this time.
