Ben arrived on time and was very professional. His HVAC knowledge was quickly evident as he confirmed my faulty thermostat was a symptom of a larger furnace problem. Ben politely tolerated my endless questions and provided thoughtful responses to each. Suspecting a failed heat exchanger, Ben tried to verify with an exhaust gas analyzer. When his analyzer failed, he left our house and returned later with a functioning unit. The new analyzer quickly confirmed our furnace was unsafe to operate. With my consent, Ben shut off the furnace, gas supply and tagged our furnace as out of service. Ben then quoted a repair estimate and we discussed the risks of doing a major repair on 20-YO Furnace, At my request, Ben arranged a next day appointment with Tony Kroening to discuss repair vs. replacement options. Before departing, Ben left us with two space heaters to supplement our secondary heat source, a gas fireplace. As noted above, Ben is knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our safety was always his highest priority. Employees like Ben explain why we've been Countyside customers for more than 20 years!

Truly a G-d send...Water heater leaking one minute replaced within a very reasonable time with old heater removed; floor and surrounding area dried and new better looking water heater installed ..Everybody couldn't have been nicer from Maggie in the office to Ben and his work buddy (sorry your name escapes me at the moment) and then the co-owner brings over a necessary part to complete the same day work.
