Jacob and his team were knowledgeable and polite. He went the extra effort to try and get the old wall mount control unit to work. Only suggest would be to call with a heads up so we can be totally ready for the crew on our end. Time to install and test was exactly as estimated, 2.5 hours. They even had to go back to the shop to get a different size unit!
