Since November, my gas furnace has had a recurring 'ignition lockout' problem whereby the furnace quits working along with shutting down the pilots on both gas fireplaces. Another HVAC company (that has our maintenance contract) has been unsuccessful in finding the root cause. When the furnace and fireplaces went out this week, I called Countryside and was impressed with their timely response. Upon arrival, their service tech Ben carefully listened to all the details, did troubleshooting and persevered until he found the problem. He replaced the failed gas pressure regulator, and got everything up and ran the system several times to insure that all was good!
