On his first service visit to our house to do a repair on our AC unit, Mike arrived in the time frame that was agreed upon. He was cordial. Mike diagnosed the problem with our AC and repaired it in a timely fashion. After the service call, we noticed there was some water leaking around our furnace. We called Countryside and they had Mike follow up. He again showed up at the agreed upon time. He fixed that as well. We were pleased that we were not charged for the follow up visit.
